What If a Whole City Prayed
The Message
We get lower than the other person and submit our request to them or submit our whole self to them.
Even Jesus knelt to pray. It was just before he went to the cross. He wasn't afraid the cross, he just wanted to ask God if there was another way. If not, he would do it any way because that was God,'s plan for him.
We don't know unless we ask. And when we ask, we should ask right. Kneeling in prayer is to show God that he is in charge-not us. Some prayers go unanswered because we are not asking the right way or because we are not humble. We may be missing the big picture.

City on Our Knees by Tony Mac (Golden Snax Remix) talks about how awesome it would be if everyone was living for God's will in thier life right now. Some amazing things would would happen; we could be more like family and we could experience what God's plan for us is. Try a little humility and see what God can do.

Giving Back To You - Glitch Music
The Message
Revelation 4:11 “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”

This might sound negative at first but it gets good. I promise.
I am broken. If you only knew the regrets that I have and the crazy thoughts that go through my head. I have missed the mark in so many ways. My sins are too embarrassing to admit and they are proof that I am fallen. I really believe that. But the good news is that God has found me where I am and is fixing me. Thank you Jesus.
We need to be reminded of that every day and sometimes, every hour. He didn't just give you the fire insurance but He continues His work in you. He will not stop until you are more and more like Him or takes you home-whichever comes first.
When I think of all that He has done for me and the forgiveness that I need, the only appropriate response is to give it all back to Him. What does that look like for you?

This song is Mandissa's prayer which she is singing directly to God. It reminds me that I need to do the same thing in response to all the awesome things He has done for me.
Sometimes I get caught up in how good of a Christian I think I am and brag about all the good deeds I do to prove it. This track is my reality check to come back down off of that nonsense and humble myself.

Don't Back Down
The Message
Luke 33:17 Whoever tries to keep their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life will preserve it.
True believers are risk takers. What is stopping you from sharing your faith? Is it fear or concern that people will look at you differently? Honestly, my concern is two fold - that people just don't care about spiritual stuff or I am a little selfish and simply don't think about it.
The truth is that God doesn't really need little old me to fulfill His plan. He is looking for someone who is willing and that person will get what could be my blessing. When we listen and act, we get the chance to be a part of something bigger than ourselves.
Your challenge is to step out and be spiritually spontaneous. We have the keys to the Kingdom but we need to invite others in too. Whatever your call is will most likely come to you as a whisper-so listen carefully and prayerfully.

It's funny how You Tube has this listed with explicit lyrics. I promise you, there is not one curse word.
Maybe someone thought he said SH$% when he says "ship".
"If they jumpin' ship now
they was never on board."
Andy does make a cynical statement about liquor, weed & wi-fi. But he is not glorying it-I'm sure of that. This is a warning and a wake up call. Anyone can see that.
If you are having a difficult time being grateful and giving thanks, just think about everything we have that is beyond the basics; food, clothes and a roof over our heads. Everything else is a bonus.
Don't get too comfortable with the luxuries of this life because it will cost you in the next.
We are not given what we have just for ourselves. Reach out to someone in need today and show them how good God is.
